After hitting record highs in late November, the Russell 2000 has fallen by more than 18%, teetering on the brink of a technical bear market. According to Jim Iuorio of TJM Institutional Services, the primary drivers of this downturn are heightened sensitivity to interest rates, domestic economic uncertainty, and a shift toward larger, AI-driven stocks.
