      CME STP Broker Functionality

      Effective this Sunday, August 31 (trade date Monday, September 1), our Broker customers will have access to CME Straight-Through-Processing (CME STP) for their brokered cleared-transaction status and allocation notifications.

      Detailed development information for the CME STP solution is available in the Client Systems Wiki.

      STP Broker functionality is currently available for customer testing in New Release. To initiate the process, please contact Certification Support for Electronic Trading (CSET) in the U.S. at +1 312 930 2322, in Europe at +44 20 3379 3803, or in Asia at +65 6593 5593.

      Please contact Enterprise Application & System Entitlements (EASE) with questions or concerns pertaining to user entitlements/onboarding for CME STP or other related account permissions using one of the following: U.S. at +1 312 456 1560, Europe at +44 203 379 3802 or Asia at +65 6593 5536.

      New - Addition of 2014 Credit Derivatives Definitions to CDS Restructuring Credit Event Types

      Effective Sunday September 7, 2014 (trade date Monday, September 8), two additional values will be added to Restructuring Type attributes (RestrctTyp) on Trade Capture Report messages. These values are for the underlying instruments for credit event categories in relation to the 2014 Credit Derivatives Definitions.

      Credit Event Types

      • MM14 - Modified Modified Restructuring 2014
      • XR14 - No Restructuring specified 2014

      Additional information on these new values is available in CME STP - FIXML Message Specification in the Client Systems Wiki.

      These new values will be available for customer testing in New Release on Wednesday, August 27.
