Delisting Certain Contract Months for the Capesize Timecharter Average (Baltic) Futures Contract

Earlier today, Monday, December 22, 2014, the New York Mercantile Exchange, Inc. (NYMEX or Exchange) delisted previously-listed contract months for the Capesize Timecharter Average (Baltic) Futures contract (Commodity Code CFU, Rulebook Chapter 944). As such the last contract month available for trading and clearing is December 2016.  No additional further contract months shall be listed for the Capesize Timecharter Average (Baltic) Futures contract. 

This contract is listing for trading on CME Globex and the NYMEX trading floor and for submission for clearing through CME ClearPort.  There was no open interest in the delisted contract months.

Please note that in August 2014, NYMEX listed for trading on CME Globex and the NYMEX trading floor and for submission for clearing through CME ClearPort a new Capesize 2014 Timecharter Average (Baltic) Futures Contract (Commodity Code CF2, Rulebook Chapter 769).
