CBOT Dow Jones Industrial Average Index Futures ($25 Multiplier) Contract

The Board of Trade of the City of Chicago, Inc. (CBOT or Exchange has delisted the CBOT Dow Jones Industrial Average Index Futures ($25 Multiplier) contract as set forth in the table below.  The delisting of this contract is a result of the Exchange’s prior announcement that the last listed contract month for this contract shall be December 2014.

As a result of the delisting, information regarding this contract has been deleted from the respective product chapters, all other references to the contract, and the terms and conditions contained in the Position Limit, Position Accountability and Reportable Level Table in the Interpretations and Special Notices Section of Chapter 5 (Trading Qualifications and Practices) of the CBOT Rulebook have been removed from the Exchange Rulebook.

The Exchange previously notified the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) of the delisting of previously listed contract months of this contract (see CBOT Submission No. 14-386 dated October 6, 2014).  The CFTC will be notified of the delisting of this product during the week of December 29, 2014, via the weekly notification procedures set forth in Part 40 of the CFTC Regulations.
