Delisting of Two (2) Euro/U.S. Dollar (EUR/USD) Volatility Futures Contracts

Earlier today, Monday, April 14, 2014 the Chicago Mercantile Exchange Inc. (CME or Exchange) delisted the 1-Month Euro/U.S. Dollar (EUR/USD) VolContracts^tm (Rulebook chapter:  261C; Code:  16E) and 3-Month Euro/U.S. Dollar (EUR/USD) VolContracts^tm (Rulebook chapter:  261B; Code:  36E) from CME Globex and CME ClearPort, the venues on which they were listed.  There was no open interest in these contracts.  The product rule chapters and terms and conditions contained in the Position Limit, Position Accountability and Reportable Level Table located in the Interpretations and Special Notices Section of Chapter 5 (Trading Qualifications and Practices) of the CME Rulebook were removed from the Exchange Rulebook.
