      Due to customer demand, the Chicago Board of Trade (CBOT or Exchange) will list additional non-consecutive grain and oilseed Calendar Spread Options (CSO) contracts for trading on CME Globex and CBOT trading floor as listed below.
       
      The effective date, pending completion of the CFTC review period, is November 10, 2013 for trade date November 11, 2013.

      All transaction fees will be consistent with current grain and oilseed non-consecutive CSOs. These contracts are listed by and subject to the rules of the CBOT.

      [1] Please note that the Jan-Mar Soybean CSO described here differs from the Jan-Mar consecutive month CSO already trading (Clearing Code – ZSC; Floor Code: CZS; Globex Code – SZ5). The non-consecutive Jan-Mar Soybean CSO described here is a 14 month spread between a January Soybean futures contract expiring in year T and a March Soybean futures contract expiring in year T+1.
