      Effective immediately, the Exchange was notified that Deshler Farmers Elevator Co., a regular firm for delivery of Wheat, has changed its name to Legacy Farmers Cooperative. The change is the result of a merger.

      The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) will be notified of the regular firm name change during the week of March 10th, 2014 via the weekly notification procedures set out in Part 40 of the CFTC Regulations.
