Large Trader Requirements. Listing of Seven (7) Power Option Contracts and Amendments to Spot Month Limits, Single Month and/or All Month Accountability Levels for Fifty-Four (54) Power Futures and Option Contracts

Pending all relevant CFTC regulatory review periods, effective trade date Monday, December 8, 2014, the New York Mercantile Exchange, Inc. (NYMEX or Exchange) will list seven (7) new power option contracts (see SER-7233 published November 12, 2014).  In addition, effective December 8, 2014, the Exchange will amend the spot month limits, single month and/or all month accountability levels for fifty-four (54) power futures and option contracts. The terms and conditions for the seven new power option contracts and the amended terms and conditions for the 54 power contracts were filed with the CFTC on November 20, 2014 and are provided in Excel format under Appendix B of NYMEX Submission #14-457.
