Amendments to Contract Size, Spot Month Limits, and/or Single Month and All Month Accountability Levels of Certain Electricity Contracts

Pending all relevant CFTC regulatory review periods, effective trade date Monday, November 24, 2014, the New York Mercantile Exchange, Inc. (NYMEX or Exchange) will amend the contract size for three (3) electricity option contracts (see SER 6973 published November 7, 2014). In addition, the Exchange will amend the spot month position limits, and/or single month and all month accountability levels for thirty-four (34) electricity futures and option contracts. The amended terms and conditions were filed with the CFTC on November 6, 2014 and are provided in Excel format under Appendix C of NYMEX Submission #14-403.
