• Amendment to Aggregation Allocation of Australian Coking Coal (Platts) Low Volume Futures Contract as a Result of Delisting of Related Products

    • Effective trade date August 11, 2014, the New York Mercantile Exchange, Inc. (NYMEX or Exchange) delisted the Australian Coking Coal (Platts) futures and Australian Coking Coal (Argus) Low Vol futures contracts. As a result of this delisting, the Exchange amended the aggregation allocation of the Australian Coking Coal (Platts) Low Vol Futures contract such that it now is set to aggregate into itself.  The NYMEX Position Limit, Position Accountability and Reportable Level Table, located in the Interpretations & Special Notices Section of Chapter 5 of the NYMEX Rulebook, has been amended to reflect the aggregation modification for the Australian Coking Coal (Platts) Low Volume Futures contract and delisting as set forth below.

      The commodity code is provided for the Clearing Members that file reports pursuant to NYMEX Rule 561.A in a machine-readable format.
