    • Effective today, the Swap Execution Facility Division of Chicago Mercantile Exchange Inc. (“CME SEF”) has eliminated CME SEF Rule 524 (“Uncleared Swaps”). CME SEF is currently not listing any Uncleared Swaps, and the Rule is being deleted to eliminate any confusion to the marketplace.
