Launch of Searchable Repository of Exchange Disciplinary, Summary Access Denial and Emergency Actions on CME Group Website

In response to requests to provide the marketplace with greater visibility into disciplinary actions taken by panels of the CME, CBOT, NYMEX and COMEX Business Conduct Committees, summary access denial actions taken by the Market Regulation Department Chief Regulatory Officer and Exchange emergency actions (collectively, “Exchange Actions”), CME Group is pleased to announce we have now made Exchange Actions from 2010 forward available on the CME Group website using the search functionality on the Notices page. We will continue to allow any interested party to sign up to receive such actions via email.

The search functionality on the Notices page provides several means of accessing Exchange Actions, including:

·        Date Range Search –return a list of each of any of the three Exchange Actions by a specified date range;

·        Category Search –return a list of the entirety of any of the three Exchange Actions by category;

·        Keyword Search –search by keywords, including Exchange (CME, CBOT, NYMEX or COMEX), rule number, rule title or party sanctioned
