    • As previously announced in SER-6897 dated November 1, 2013, please be reminded that effective trade date December 30, 2013, the Commodity Exchange, Inc. (COMEX or Exchange) will decrease the spot month position limit for COMEX copper futures and option contracts from 1,200 to 600 contracts effective with the January 2014 contract month. Effective trade date December 30, 2013, the terms and conditions for these contracts will be updated and inserted into the NYMEX Position Limit, Position Accountability and Reportable Level Table located in the Interpretations and Special Notices Section of Chapter 5 of the NYMEX Rulebook.
