• Amended Initial Spot Month Position Limits, Single Month Accountability Levels and Aggregation Allocations for Thirty-Nine (39) Existing Natural Gas Futures and Option Contracts

    • In connection with the amendments to the terms and conditions of thirty-nine (39) natural gas futures and option contracts on trade date October 1, 2013, please note below the changes to the initial spot month position limits (NYMEX Rule 559), single/all month accountability levels (NYMEX 560) and aggregation allocations for thirty-nine existing natural gas futures and option contracts. Effective trade date October 1, 2013, and pending all relevant CFTC regulatory review periods, the terms and conditions for these contracts will be updated and inserted into the NYMEX Position Limit, Position Accountability and Reportable Level Table located in the Interpretations and Special Notices Section of Chapter 5 of the NYMEX Rulebook.
