Effective Sunday, April 14, 2013, for trade date Monday, April 15, 2013, and pending all relevant CFTC regulatory review periods, the New York Mercantile Exchange, Inc. (NYMEX or Exchange) will list the following new petroleum option contract: Gasoline Euro-bob Oxy NWE Barges (Argus) Average Price Option for trading on CME Globex, the NYMEX trading floor, and for submission for clearing through CME ClearPort. The contract will be listed with, and subject to, the rules and regulations of NYMEX.
