    • Effective immediately, the Exchange has terminated the condition of Force Majeure that was declared pursuant to CBOT Rule 701 (“Declarations of Force Majeure”) on June 14, 2012, concerning AG Processing, Inc.’s (“AGP”) soybean oil facility (facility #2220) located in Omaha, Nebraska. 
       
      In connection with the termination of the condition of Force Majeure, holders of registered receipts for delivery at the AGP Omaha facility may no longer elect to take load out at one of AGP’s other regular for delivery facilities.
