As previously announced, effective trade date Monday, August 27, 2012, CME Group Inc. will migrate all Green Exchange (“GreenX”) products to the New York Mercantile Exchange, Inc.’s (NYMEX or Exchange) designated contract market. At such time, the contracts will be delisted from GreenX and simultaneously listed on NYMEX.

These products will not be available for trading on NYMEX until trade date August 27, 2012 after the migration of the products from GreenX to NYMEX has been completed. Upon migration to NYMEX, these products will continue to be listed for trading on CME Globex and for submission for clearing through CME ClearPort (CPC). On trade date August 27^th, these products will be listed with, and subject to, the rules and regulations of NYMEX.

In connection with the listing of the products on NYMEX, please note below the corresponding all month/any one month accountability levels (NYMEX Rule 560), expiration month position limits (NYMEX Rule 559), reportable levels (NYMEX Rule 561) and aggregation allocations for the contracts. Effective trade date August 27^th, the contracts will be added to the Position Limit, Position Accountability and Reportable Level Table located in the Interpretations and Special Notices Section of Chapter 5 of the NYMEX Rulebook. The commodity codes are provided for the Clearing Members that file reports pursuant to NYMEX Rule 561.A in a machine-readable format.
