EARLY FLOOR OPEN ON DAY OF USDA SEPT GRAIN STOCKS REPORT PROPOSED

In June the CBOT agricultural trading floor began opening early on the mornings that the USDA releases major crop reports. Included in the list of major crop reports that triggered an early floor opening were World Agricultural Supply and Demand Estimates (WASDE), Crop Production, Prospective Plantings, and Acreage reports. Pending CFTC review, the September Quarterly Grain Stocks report will be added to this list of major crop reports that have early opening on the CBOT agricultural trading floor. This addition will add one additional day to the current 2012 schedule of days with early openings, September 28, 2012. Thus, the following dates in 2012 will have or have had early floor opening at 7:20 a.m. CT:
