    • Effective Friday, June 22, 2012, the Commodity Exchange, Inc. (COMEX) will implement an amendment to Supplement No. 4, “Official List of Approved Carriers” of the COMEX Gold futures (GC) contract and the New York Mercantile Exchange, Inc. (NYMEX) will implement amendments to Supplement No. 4, “Official List of Approved Carriers” of the NYMEX Platinum futures (PL) contract and Supplement No. 4, “Official List of Approved Carriers” of the NYMEX Palladium (PA) futures contract in order to remove American Armored Car Ltd. from the list of approved carriers. American Armored Car Ltd. is no longer available to provide the services of COMEX and NYMEX approved carrier for the Gold, Platinum, and Palladium futures contracts.
       
      Please view the attached amendments with additions to the supplements underscored and deletions overstruck. 
       
      The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) will be notified of the amendments to Gold Supplement No. 4, “Official List of Approved Carriers”, Platinum Supplement No. 4, “Official List of Approved Carriers”, and Palladium Supplement No. 4, “Official List of Approved Carriers” during the week of June 25, 2012, via the weekly notification procedures set forth in Part 40 of the CFTC Regulations.
