    • Effective Friday, June 22, 2012, the Commodity Exchange, Inc. (COMEX or Exchange) will implement amendments to Supplement No. 1, “Official List of Approved Brands” of the Exchange’s Copper futures (HG) contract in order to change the producer name for the “NA-ESN” and “HK” copper brands to Aurubis AG as a result of the acquisition of Norddeutsche Affinerie AG, the former producer of the “NA-ESN” and “HK” copper brands. The brand marks for the “NA-ESN” and “HK” copper brands will remain unchanged.
       
      Please view the attached amendments with additions to the supplements underscored and deletions overstruck. 
       
      The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) will be notified of the amendment to Copper Supplement No. 1, “Official List of Approved Brands”  during the week of June 25, 2012 via the weekly notification procedures set forth in Part 40 of the CFTC Regulations.
