    • Effective Monday, April 30, 2012, the Commodity Exchange, Inc. (COMEX or Exchange) will implement amendments to Supplement No. 1, “Official List of Approved Refiners and Brands” of the Exchange’s Silver futures contract in order to include the “SUNSHINE” silver brand, produced by Formation Metals U.S. of Kellogg Idaho. On the effective date, the “SUNSHINE” silver brand will be deliverable against the Exchange’s Silver futures contract.
      Please view the attached amendments with additions to the supplements underscored and deletions overstruck. 
      The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) will be notified of the amendment to Silver Supplement No. 1, “Official List of Approved Refiners and Brands”  during the week of May 7, 2012 via the weekly notification procedures set forth in Part 40 of the CFTC Regulations.
