    • Effective January 1, 2012, Southwest Commodity Storage, Inc. and Dalby Moving and Storage, Exchange Licensed Warehouses for the storage of copper deliverable against the Exchange’s Copper futures contract, have notified the Exchange that they will implement new rates in connection with the storage of copper at the facilities located in Tucson, Arizona and Amarillo, Texas, respectively. The new rates, presented below, reflect the maximum amount of fees that can be charged. In accordance with Exchange rules, the new rate schedule will become effective on January 1, 2012.

      RATES AND CHARGES FOR COPPER

      Southwest Commodity Storage, Inc.

      New Rates, Effective January 1, 2012

      Monthly Storage Charge per Short Ton:

      $8.00

      Handling Outbound per Short Ton:

      $30.00

      All other currently published charges for storage and handling at Southwest Commodity Storage, Inc. remain unchanged.

      Dalby Moving and Storage

      New Rates, Effective January 1, 2012

      Monthly Storage Charge per Short Ton:

      $8.00

      Handling Outbound per Short Ton:

      $30.00

      All other currently published charges for storage and handling at Dalby Moving and Storage remain unchanged.
