Effective January 1, 2012, Southwest Commodity Storage, Inc. and Dalby Moving and Storage, Exchange Licensed Warehouses for the storage of copper deliverable against the Exchange’s Copper futures contract, have notified the Exchange that they will implement new rates in connection with the storage of copper at the facilities located in Tucson, Arizona and Amarillo, Texas, respectively. The new rates, presented below, reflect the maximum amount of fees that can be charged. In accordance with Exchange rules, the new rate schedule will become effective on January 1, 2012.
