    • Effective close of business on trade date Friday, September 30, 2011, the New York Mercantile Exchange, Inc. (NYMEX or Exchange) will delist the following futures contracts:

      These NYMEX contracts have no open interest and will be delisted from the NYMEX trading floor and CME ClearPort. Their respective rule chapters and terms and conditions contained in the Position Limit, Position Accountability and Reportable Level Table located in the Interpretations and Special Notices Section of Chapter 5 of the NYMEX Rulebook shall be removed from the Exchange rulebook effective close of business on trade date Friday, September 30, 2011.

       

      Please note that separate fertilizer swaps contracts will be listed for clearing through CME ClearPort on Chicago Board of Trade effective trade date September 26, 2011.  Customers should refer to Special Executive Report S-5903 for information on those products at the following link: http://www.cmegroup.com/rulebook/files/S_5903.pdf.
