    • Effective Sunday, July 10, 2011, for trade date Monday, July 11, 2011, the New York Mercantile Exchange, Inc. (NYMEX or Exchange) will list for submission for clearing through CME ClearPort its E-mini Crude Oil futures contract. This futures contract is financially settled. The contract is listed with NYMEX, and continues to be subject to the rules and regulations of NYMEX and Chicago Mercantile Exchange Inc.  This contract continues to be available for trading on the NYMEX trading floor and electronically on CME Globex.
