Further to CME Fee Policy Bulletin #11-02 dated March 14, 2011 attached here,

effective July 1, 2011, all Individual NYMEX and COMEX Members will be required to register any non-member individual Power of Attorney (“POA”) Electronic Traders with the New York Membership Services Department.
As detailed in CME Fee Policy Bulletin #11-02, NYMEX and COMEX Individual Members who own a membership will be limited to three (3) POA Electronic Traders per membership while NYMEX and COMEX Individual Members who lease a membership will be limited to one (1) POA Electronic Trader.
Please be advised that NYMEX and COMEX Members seeking to register such POA Electronic Traders are required to complete and submit to the Membership Services Department an “Application for Registration as a NYMEX/COMEX POA Electronic Trader.” In order to be properly registered by July 1, 2011, POA applications must be received by the New York Membership Department no later than June 1, 2011. Registration forms are available on our website, see attached link below.
Additionally, the registering Member will be required to submit in writing, to the Membership Services Department the termination of a POA Electronic Trader. Such written notification can be sent via fax to (212) 301-4613 or it can be emailed to membershipdepartment@cmegroup.com.
