    • Effective Tuesday, December 28, 2010, for trade date Wednesday, December 29, 2010, the New York Mercantile Exchange, Inc. (NYMEX) will stop listing new contract months for the Midwest ISO Cinergy Hub contracts listed below.  These contracts are currently listed on CME ClearPort and the NYMEX trading floor. The Exchange is not listing new contract months for the Cinergy Hub due to the 1/1/12 withdrawal of Duke Energy transmission subsidiaries Duke Ohio and Duke Kentucky from the Midwest ISO (MISO).
