    • Effective March 1, 2011, MetalStore LLC, an Exchange Licensed Warehouse for the storage of Copper deliverable against the Exchange’s Copper Futures contract, will implement new rates in connection with the handling and storage of Copper at its facility in Toledo, Ohio.  These new rates reflect the maximum amount of fees that can be charged.  In accordance with Exchange Rules, the new rate schedule will become effective on March 1, 2011.

      MetalStore LLC, an Exchange Licensed Warehouse for the storage of Copper, has notified the Exchange of its new rate schedule for the storage and handling of Copper.

      Issuance of Warehouse Receipt per Receipt:

      $10.75

      Replacement of Warehouse Receipt per Receipt:

      $50.00

      Handling Outbound per Short Ton:

      $30.00

      Per Bill of Lading:

      $8.50

      Blocking & Bracing (Truck/ Rail):

      $5.50

      Weighing per Short Ton:

      $5.50

      Side Loading of Flatbeds per Short Ton:

      $3.00

      Extra Forklift & Driver Rental per Hour:

      $52.50

      Extra Warehouse Labor per Hour

      $31.50

      Monthly Storage Charge per Short Ton:

      $9.65
