• Administrative Amendments to the Contract Names of 32 ERCOT Electricity Swap Futures Contracts

    • In connection with ERCOT’s transition from its current zonal system to nodal locational marginal congestion pricing, the New York Mercantile Exchange is amending the contract names of 32 ERCOT electricity swap futures contracts. These contract name changes will be added to the Position Limit, Position Accountability and Reportable Level Table located in the Interpretations and Special Notices Section of Chapter 5 of the NYMEX Rulebook, effective for trade date December 1, 2010.
