    • Effective Sunday, November 14, 2010, for trade date Monday, November 15, 2010, the New York Mercantile Exchange, Inc. (NYMEX or Exchange) will implement a revised fee schedule for the products listed below. These products are available for trading on the NYMEX trading floor and for clearing through CME ClearPort. These contracts are listed with NYMEX, and are subject to, the rules and regulations of NYMEX and Chicago Mercantile Exchange Inc.
