• UPDATE – Fee waiver for E-micro Gold Futures (MGC) on CME Globex

    • Special Executive Report (SER) 5391, issued on September 9, 2010, advised that on Sunday, October 3, 2010, for trade date Monday, October 4, 2010, the Commodity Exchange, Inc. (COMEX or Exchange) would list an E-micro Gold futures contract (commodity code: MGC; rule chapter 120) for trading on CME Globex. 

      Based on the upcoming launch, this revised SER is being issued to update the marketplace on the fees for the E-micro Gold futures contract.

      • Fees, including Exchange fees and delivery fees, will be waived for market participants for a period of six months from launch date.
      • There will be no charge for the conversion of 10 E-micro Gold futures into one COMEX Gold warrant.
