On Monday, September 7, 2010 for trade date Tuesday, September 8, 2010, New York Mercantile Exchange, Inc. (“NYMEX” or “Exchange”) will extend the fee waiver for the green futures and options listed below. The incentive program will waive trading and clearing fees for these contracts until December 31, 2010.
