    • Effective for the CME Globex® market opening at 5:00 PM Central Time on Sunday, July 25, 2010, for the trade date of Monday, July 26, 2010, Chicago Mercantile Exchange Inc. will launch trading in a reconfigured Dow Jones CME FX$INDEXTM futures contract. This reconfigured contract replaces the former CME$INDEX™ futures contract which was delisted on Thursday, April 1, 2010. The appeal of the new index design is in its simplified construction that facilitates a ready hedge vs. a basket of CME FX futures contracts. The contracts will be listed with CME and subject to its rules.
