Please be advised that effective Sunday, August 29, 2010, for trade date Monday, August 30, 2010, the Commodity Exchange, Inc. (COMEX) will list additional contract months for its COMEX miNY Gold Futures (50 Troy Ounces; code QO; Chapter 911) and COMEX miNY Silver Futures (2,500 Troy Ounces; code QI; Chapter 912) contracts. The additional contract months to be listed as of August 30, 2010 are:
