    • As previously announced in Special Executive Report SER-5085 published on December 23, 2009, please be reminded that the last trade date for the contracts listed below is March 31, 2010. 

       

      ·         Northwest Europe Gasoline (Argus) Swap Futures (AR)

      ·         European Argus Gasoline Crack Spread Swap Futures (RG)

      ·         Argus Gasoline NWE BALMO Swap Futures (B9)

       

      Effective April 1, 2010, the New York Mercantile Exchange Inc. (“NYMEX”) will no longer offer these contracts.  On the last trade date (March 31, 2010), any remaining open positions will expire pursuant to the final settlement rules of the respective contracts.

       

      Please note that these contracts are no longer assessed in the Northwest Europe (NWE) market and are being replaced by the Euro-bob grade of gasoline.  NYMEX currently offers similar products based on the Euro-bob grade of gasoline.
