    • Please be advised that effective March 21, 2010 for trade date March 22, 2010, the New York Mercantile Exchange, Inc. will stop listing new contract months in the 1.5% Fuel Oil (Platts) Barges FOB Rdam Swap Futures (code Z3; rule 736) and the 1.5% Fuel Oil (Platts) Rdam Barges BALMO Swap Futures (code J5, rule 483) and will delist contract months as follows:

      ·         Delist contract months beyond June 2010 for Z3

      ·         Delist contract months beyond May 2010 for J5

      Please note that as of July 1, 2010, the 1.5% Fuel Oil Barges FOB Rdam index will no longer be assessed by Platts.
