Reminder: Addition of Exchanges Approved Carrier – G4S International, Inc.

Please be reminded that as of effective date, Wednesday, September 23, 2009, the New York Mercantile Exchange, Inc. (“NYMEX”) and the Commodity Exchange, Inc. (“COMEX” and collectively referred to as the “Exchanges”)implemented amendments to the Exchanges’ Gold, Platinum, and Palladium Futures contracts to designate G4S International, Inc., which had merged with Exchanges’ Approved Carrier Securicor International, an Approved Carrier for the Exchanges’ Gold, Platinum and Palladium Futures contracts. 

The amendments to the Exchanges’ Gold, Platinum, and Palladium Futures contracts reflecting the addition of G4S International, Inc. as an Exchange Approved Carrier are contained in the following Supplements: Supplement No. 4, “Approved Carriers for Gold” of the COMEX Gold Futures contract, Supplement No. 3, “Official List of Approved Carriers for Platinum” of the NYMEX Platinum Futures contract, and Supplement No. 3, “Official List of Approved Carriers for Palladium” of the NYMEX Palladium Futures contract.
