REVISED LISTING DATE – Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative (RGGI) CO2 Allowance Futures with Specific Vintage Years Available on CME Globex

This Special Executive Report (SER) 5131R supersedes SER-5131, issued on February 4, 2010.

Please be advised that effective Sunday, March 21, 2010 for trade date Monday, March 22, 2010, New York Mercantile Exchange, Inc. (NYMEX or Exchange) will list for trading on CME Globex four (4) Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative (RGGI) CO₂ Allowance Futures for vintage years 2009 through 2012 which were previously listed for open outcry trading on the Exchange on January 25, 2010. 

These contracts will continue to be available for submission for clearing through CME ClearPort.  Please note that effective trade date March 22, 2010, these contracts will no longer be available for open outcry trading.

These contracts are listed by NYMEX, and are subject to rules and regulations of NYMEX and Chicago Mercantile Exchange Inc.

The four (4) contracts, commodity codes for all three venues, and rule chapters are listed below for your convenience.
