REMINDER: Settlement Calculation Procedures for Minute-Marker Futures and Minute-Marker Calendar Month Swaps on Business Day Immediately Preceding the Christmas and New Year's Holidays

Please be reminded of settlement calculation procedures on business days immediately preceding the Christmas and New Year’s holidays for the New York Mercantile Exchange, Inc. (“NYMEX”) Minute-Marker contracts for Light Sweet Crude Oil, RBOB Gasoline, and Heating Oil listed below. 

The minute marker price associated with business day December 24, 2009 will be calculated based on the 1:30 p.m. Eastern time minute marker price instead of the 3:15 p.m. Eastern time minute marker price. 

The minute marker price associated with business day December 31, 2009 will be calculated based on the 2:30 p.m. Eastern time minute marker price instead of the 3:15 p.m. Eastern time minute marker price.
