Delisting of South Jersey Port Corporation as an Exchange Licensed Warehouse for Copper

Effective Wednesday, December 9, 2009, Commodity Exchange, Inc. (“COMEX” or “Exchange”) will implement an amendment to its Copper Futures contract, Supplement No. 2, “Licensed Warehouses for Copper” to remove the facility operated by South Jersey Port Corporation, located in Camden, NJ, from its list of Exchange Licensed Warehouses for the storage of Copper.

South Jersey Port Corporation, an existing Exchange Licensed Warehouse for the storage of Copper, has notified the Exchange that its facility, located at Second and Beckett Streets in Camden, NJ, is no longer available for the storage of Copper deliverable against the Exchange’s Copper Futures contract.
