REMINDER: Settlement Calculation Procedures for Minute-Marker Futures and Minute-Marker Calendar Month Swaps on Business Day Immediately Preceding the Thanksgiving Holiday

Please be reminded of settlement calculation procedures on business day immediately preceding the Thanksgiving holiday for the New York Mercantile Exchange, Inc. (“NYMEX”) Minute-Marker contracts for Light Sweet Crude Oil, RBOB Gasoline, and Heating Oil listed below. 

With regard to the December 2009 contract month for each of these contracts, the minute marker price associated with business day November 25, 2009 will be calculated based on the 1:30 p.m. minute marker price instead of the 3:15 p.m. minute marker price.  Minute marker prices for all other business days during the December 2009 contract month will continue to be calculated based on the 3:15 p.m. minute marker price.
