      Delisting of Exchange Licensed Copper Warehouse Location – Arizona Commodity Storage, Inc. – 850 East Teton, Tucson, AZ
       
       
      Effective September 21, 2009, CME Group implemented amendments to the COMEX Division Grade 1 Copper Futures Contract Supplement No. 2, “Licensed Warehouses for Copper.” – Amendment with respect to the delisting of the facility operated by Arizona Commodity Storage, Inc., located at 850 East Teton, Tucson, AZ.

      Arizona Commodity Storage, Inc., an Exchange Licensed Warehouse for the storage of Copper, has notified the Exchange that its facility located at 850 East Teton, Tucson, AZ, is no longer available for the storage of copper deliverable against the Exchange’s Grade 1 Copper Futures contract. Copper has not been stored at the aforementioned location since prior to 2007. 
      Please view the amendments on pages two through three of this notice with additions to the supplements underscored and the deletions overstruck. The delisting of the warehouse operated by Arizona Commodity Storage, Inc., located at 850 East Teton, Tucson, AZ as an Exchange Licensed Warehouse for Copper became effective Monday, September 21, 2009.
