Notification of Listing of Additional Contract Months for COMEX miNY Gold Futures and COMEX miNY Silver Futures Contracts on CME Globex®

Due to market demand, please be advised that effective Monday, November 9, 2009, Commodity Exchange, Inc. (“COMEX”) will list additional contract months for its COMEX miNY Gold Futures (50 Troy Ounces; code QO) and COMEX miNY Silver Futures (2,500 Troy Ounces; code QI) contracts as follows:

With the addition of the above-listed contract months, the listing schedules for the COMEX miNY Gold Futures and COMEX miNY Silver Futures will coincide. The last listed month for both contracts shall be the December 2010 contract month. No new contract months will be added to the E-mini Gold Futures (33 Troy Ounces; code 8Q) and E-mini Silver Futures (1,000 Troy Ounces; code 6Q) contract listing cycles at this time.

The existing fee structure for the COMEX miNY Gold Futures and COMEX miNY Silver Futures contracts remains unchanged and is provided below for your convenience.
