    • On July 30, 2009, CME, CBOT and NYMEX announced that rule changes in connection with the substantial harmonization of trade practice rules would become effective on Monday, August 17, 2009.  Please be advised that the effective date for the adoption of the harmonized CME, CBOT and NYMEX trade practice rules is being delayed due to the recently announced delay in the integration date for migrating COMEX products to the CME Clearing platform in order to provide firms additional testing time prior to the migration.  A revised effective date will be provided as soon as it is available, at which time the recently issued Market Regulation Advisory Notices concerning the revised rules will be re-issued to reflect the correct effective date.
