    • Please be advised that effective trade date Monday, August 17, 2009, the New York Mercantile Exchange, Inc. (“NYMEX”) and the Commodity Exchange, Inc. (“COMEX”) (hereby collectively referred to as the “Exchange”) will rename the “mini” products listed below. This rebranding effort is intended to conform the contract titles for all Exchange “mini” products to the naming convention used for Chicago Mercantile Exchange and Chicago Board of Trade products.
