• Amendments to NYMEX Rules 9A.26 and 9A.27 to Increase the Levels and Limits for Various Electricity Contracts

    • Please note the amendments to NYMEX Chapter 9A, Appendix A that increase the all month/

      any one month accountability levels (NYMEX Rule 9.26A) and expiration month position limits (NYMEX Rule 9A.27) for seventeen (17) electricity contracts.  The increases are based on Staff’s review of the current quarterly Hub volumes and re-assessment of the contracts’ levels and limits.  These increases will be effective for trade date June 1, 2009.
