Effective today, May 14, 2009, CME Group is implementing amendments to COMEX Division Grade 1 Copper contract as follows: Supplement No. 2, “Licensed Warehouses for Copper” and Supplement No. 3, “Licensed Weighmasters for Copper.”– Amendments are with respect to the addition of Tucson Port Authority, LLC as an Exchange Licensed Warehouse.
Addition of Tucson Port Authority, LLC as a Licensed Copper Warehouse in Tucson, AZ:
The Exchange has received approval from the Commodities Futures Trading Commission to amend COMEX Copper Supplement No. 2, “Licensed Warehouses for Copper” which adds Tucson Port Authority, LLC located at 6908 E. Century Park Drive, Tucson, Arizona as an Exchange Licensed Warehouse for the storage of copper deliverable against the COMEX Division Grade 1 Copper Futures Contract and COMEX Copper Supplement No. 3, “Licensed Weighmasters for Copper” which adds Tucson Port Authority, LLC as a Licensed Weighmaster for copper.
Please view the amendments on pages three and five of this notice with additions to the supplements underscored. The addition of Tucson Port Authority, LLC becomes effective today, May 14, 2009.
Storage and handling charges for copper at this facility are listed on page six of this notice.
