      RE: APPROVED APPLICATION FOR INCREASE IN ETHANOL REGULARITY
       
      The Exchange has approved the application for an increase in Ethanol regularity from Noble Americas Corp at their Argo, IL location. 
       
      The approved increase in capacity is for a daily rate of loading of 320,000 gallons, which would allow the firm to issue up to 216 shipping certificates from this facility. 
       
      Approval is effective immediately.
