      NOTICE
       
      RE: NOTIFICATION OF EXTENSION OF REGULARITY FOR APPROVED SPOT-CALL BUTTER WAREHOUSES, SPOT-CALL NONFAT DRY MILK WAREHOUSES, AND SPOT-CALL BUTTER PLANTS
       
       
      The current regularity period for all Warehouses for Spot-Call Butter and Spot-Call Nonfat Dry Milk along with approved plants for Spot-Call Butter will be extended.
       
      The current regularity period for these locations which is set to expire December 31st, 2011 will be extended until January 31, 2012.
       
       
      The notice numbers for the current approved Spot-Call Butter Plants and Warehouses for Spot-Call Butter and Nonfat Dry Milk are MKR11-30-10B and MKR02-18-11 respectively.
