      RE: APPROVED APPLICATION FOR REGULARITY IN DISTILLERS’ DRIED GRAIN

       

      The Exchange has approved the application of Aventine Renewable Energy, LLC for a declaration of regularity in Distillers’ Dried Grain at their Pekin, IL facility. The firm has been approved for a daily rate of loading of 500 tons, which will allow for the issuance of up to 79 shipping certificates.
