      NOTICE

       

      RE: APPROVED APPLICATION FOR ETHANOL REGULARITY

       

      The Exchange has approved the application of Aventine Renewable Energy, LLC for a declaration of ethanol regularity at its Pekin, IL facility. The firm has been approved for a daily rate of loading of 200,000 gallons, which will allow for the issuance of up to 189 shipping certificates.

       

      Aventine Renewable Energy, LLC has designated Prudential Bache as its clearing agent. The warehouse code for the Pekin facility is 5094.

       

      Approval is effective immediately.
